Section 17B
Foreign nationals must fill out a declaration form to bring antiquities into Nepal:
(1) If a foreign citizen wants to bring an antiquities important from the point of view of history, art, science, etc. into Nepal, he can fill out a declaration form according to the prevailing law.
(2) Antiquities brought with a notification letter according to sub-section (1) can be taken by that person when going outside Nepal.
(3) Antiquities brought without a notification letter according to sub-section (1) The item cannot be taken out of Nepal.
